I dont know what they are called exactly, sorry. I'm talking about the screws and the 'nut' that hold the instrument panel to the dash that are 1/2 turn. I'm looking to see if anyone knows if anyone carries these are does anyone have some?

I think they're called dzus fasteners or dz clips. They pop up on ebay now and again (that's where I got mine from).......

Yup, they're called Dzus (pronounced "zooss) fasteners, and they are 1/4 turn, not 1/2. Midwest Military has them on page 10, $4 each for the clip, the stud, and the stud washer.
