I tried posting photos from my computer and thought I was successful with one, and then tried to post five at one time. The upload took at least ten minutes for the first photo. After three hours waiting for the five to be uploaded, I cancelled the process. My screen was still showing upload in process, be patient. Today, I looked for the one I thought made it over and still nothing in my gallery. The last message I saw on that one was that it was being resized/formated? Or something like that.

So I don't know what happened or what I need to do to post photos. If I was trying to post a file that was too large then I will have to learn how to downsize. But it appeared to be working.

Mike

Hello Mike,

I'm about as computer-literate as stone-age man, but here goes:

My camera takes 4MB photos, which are way too large to upload. I'm using windows, and if you open the folder where your photos are saved, the following procedure should work:

Move the mouse pointer over the photo you want to re-size, right click with your mouse button, and select edit from the pop-up window. This will open the photo in a picture editor (like Paint). Select the "resize" tab at the top, and reduce your photo to 25% of it's original size (this reduces the file size considerably, making uploads much faster; should only take 30 seconds max. per photo). It's a good idea to do the resizing on a copy of your photo, so you still have the original large photo available for future use.

Not sure how this works on a MAC computer system, but I'm guessing it's a similar procedure. Confused Anyone know?

Wbr,
Owen.
