i bought a m38a1 complete jeep for the motor and some parts. while airing up the tires to take home i notice one of the rims ahd the valve stem on the inside of rim. my first thought was it had to be a civvy rim, but it does look like the military rim with the small hole next to the stud.also had military tires and it's a marine jeep if that helps.

has anyone seen this type of rim?
