Has anybody got a wiring digram they could post here for the NATO socket on the rear of a M sereis jeep / truck. I taking the big assumption that the the wires (I haven't cHecked yet) are the same numbers for the M38 through to the M35.

I have my TMs but I can't find out what the pins should be doing. the 4 pins that wires go to are easy enough, it's the rest of them.

Its a while since I fitted my new socket and I cant remember if it's easy to unscrew the back, slot in new wires and bring into use the unused pins.

Also I need to figure out how to fit indicators that don't run through the brake lights.

The reason is this, I tow my m38 with my bigger trucks, I also tow a Bantam trailer with my M38. Our 'Law' take a very dim view of non standard UK speck lights but I'm damed if I'm going to start chopping and changing my wiring. So....... I need to adapt a modern trailer board to have indicators and things on the rear of my M38 when I'm towing it with the truck, also I need it to (trailer board) to go on the rear of the trailer

A further complication is that in the UK indicators and brake lights are seperate items. So the circuitry might make this completely impractical, we shall see.
I'm not sure the same trailer board for the M35 will do for the M38, as in putting one together for the m38 and trailer I'd be running seperate indicators, but if I pluged this into the back of the M35 or M41 I'd suddenly find my brake lights flashing. So I might end up making 2 boards.
Anyway, I figure the place to start is with a wiring diagram of the socket that tells me what all the pins are for. I assume at least one pin must be an Earth return ???
Thanks,
Dave.
