OK guys, what it's the correct length for M38a1. I ordered a set from one of the most popular MV parts dealers. I also ordered new arms. When they got here they were 7" long! I put them together and put them on the motor - looks too short to me. I started reading and searching dealer websites. It seems that, according to whom you buy from, that they range from 7"(from the dealer I bought from) to 10". So what is correct? By looking at what I have now, I see that a 10" would work - and more clear glass is good, right?

All you gotta do when you need a part for your A1 is first look it up in the ORD 9 for the A1.

Page 368:
ORD# 500810 Arm, windshield wiper, adjustable, 7 1/2 to 12"
ORD# 500813 Blade, windshield wiper, 9 in. Long

Thanks Wes,

I was at work yesterday when I posted that - kind of hard to look at the TM's on my phone. I was just looking for a quick answer so I could go ahead and order them if mine weren't correct. I'll wait until I get home next time.

The point was to avoid ordering anything until you confirm for your own eyes which part number is correct. Saves a lot of hassles with dealers and turn around time on parts.
