MINE KEEPS VIBRATING OUT..DOESNT SEEM TO PUSH ANY FULE WHEN YOU USE IT...
JUST WONDERING IF ITS SUPPOSED TO LOCK IN ....

Mine doesn't lock in. However, I did think it would never work; it had a part missing (7033653), which is an inlet connector with a ball check valve inside it.

I picked up that part a few weeks ago (NOS off Ebay) and it works fine now. Might be worth checking (no pun intended) that the check valve isn't stuck open. On page 66 of the ORD 9, it's item P.
