Is grade 5 spring eye bolt ok? I noticed torque is fairly low (27 ft lbs). So i am thinking grade 5. |

Grade 8 is a good bet for suspension. |

Along those lines....how in the Heck do you get these #@$%@ shackle bolts off? I'm at the point of cutting them off and buying new ones. |

Hello sled dog, I was able to wrench off the nuts, tap off the plates (late style shackle) with a hammer and brass bar. I was then able to wrench of the schackes.
As for the pivot bolts, I was able to get nuts off and drive the bolt out with a punch. |

Unfortunately the torch and impact gun have had no "impact". If I'm correct the lower front left and lower rear right are lefties...is that correct? |

if you have the late style, they all are righties (losen by turning counter clockwise). Late style have reinforcement plate. |

Ok...will give it a little more heat and see what happens but I'm thinking they are going to get replaced. Double/tripple checked to see if there were any markings for "lefty" and didn't see any.
Regardless, nothing is moving. |
