I have a 1953 M38A1, ser# 53953.It was highly "civilianized" when I purchased it in the 70's. I am restoring it and the vent system. How much would a set of complete vent lines cost, fittings included? The fuel tank has a funnel shaped ventilation fitting on the top, but no vent line, which I am willing to restore, along with the parts of the fording system, which were not there, but I have purchased.

M38A1's built after MD23359 did not come with the basic fording vent system. The vent valve you have on your tank is correct for your M38A1 and any other M38A1 after SN MD23359. _________________ Wes K
