Hi All

What’s the (total) length of the (640124) "cable, clutch control lever"

The 2 I got my hands on seems to a bit to long.
And I had to make a new release rod.

No big deal just a bit annoying

I just purchased a new one. The part number on the invoice is 805935, cable, clutch release, original type for seal.

Ordered it for an M38. It measures 11-1/2 inches from tip of ball to end of threaded part that the clevis screws onto.

It is correct for the bell housing that uses a boot for the clutch cable. I don't know if this is same cable you are asking about though.

Quite often we get the clutch cross over tube reversed. The longer arm on the tube goes closest to the bell housing. If you go the other way you will not be able to get the clutch to release completely.
