The first one is the hard one. Making those bends from one end to the other.

Then you can use that one to make the second one, starting in the middle.

I'm doing a pair cold. Much harder to bend that way, but have not had a problem putting in the 90 degree bends. Just horsepower.

Very nice job! If you didn't mention the welded on tabs, I doubt 1 in a million would notice it. And once painted all the better.

luckily I've been able to use a CNC bending machine at my job.
All bends were done on it, even the first and last 90° bend.
A press was used after to flatten the wire. about 20 tons were necessary.

Incredible machine!! Looks like youre going into full production.

In about 10 minutes you will have cornered the market for M38 headlight guards!
