I have a 53 m38a1 that was said to be orginal. The history was said to be 1st came from the USMC in Oklahona, then to a Govt agency in OK, then to a private citizen in OK, to a guy named Sean, then to a Gee'er, then to me.
S/N# 62122 both Data plate & passenger plate say the same.
Engine s/n#MD 81383
Block #806278-W18-D-AR-CUC
Inspector Inl FPM
Ord USMC Toledo
Hood#USMC190356
Has a radio system that works
Milage says 56xxx
It has Arizona historical plates on it.
Tell me what you think!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sure is a nice-looking Marine A1! Even a USMC water can! And the high-mount antenna and radio, and siren. What's not to like? It looks like a great jeep. Ready to go for fun drives, turning heads, and parades. What are your plans for it? Very Happy

Wish it was on my drive......... We don't get em this good, salt etc on the roads.
If you're ever stuck for storage I have just the place!!!!

Hi, The jeep is now in San Dimas, CAlifornia. I guess there is or was a Marine base in Oklahoma.
