I know we see this all the time, but I couldn't resist this gem.......

I only see two gauges (oil pressure and speedometer) that are appropriate for the M38

the oil pressure is mecanical, is it OK for M38?

No, it should be electrical. It looked like the lower left guage was a 120 oil pressure gauge.

I may be mistaken, but doesn't an M-38 guages all use douglas connectors???

None of those have douglas connectors on them... Probably guages from something else and used to replace the originals when they failed...

You are exactly right, Hal. This shows that you guys know what you are looking for, and that's extremely important when buying from e-bay. Always do your homework and know exactly what you are looking for and what it is suppose to look like before you buy anything off e-bay......but I don't have to tell you guys this, you already know it!! Some poor smuck is going to trust the seller's description and buy a piece of crap!!

Just out of curiosity who was the original manufacturer for the M38 gauges, and does any one know which photo gallery to look at so see them?
