I have 3 miliatary gas cans, all are army green, one is stamped with QMC on the bottom end of the can. It's stamped with 1942 on the very bottom. The other 2 have a newer style lid that cams over. they have NESCO, W and 1952 stamped on the top. I think the two that are identicle could be water cans. The first one I believe is a gas can. I don't know what the QMC stands for on the first one. Any ideas? not sure how to put pictures on or I would. Thanks in advance.

QMC = Quarter Master Corps. Early Army title for their logistics or supply arm.

The cammed tops are water cans.

The date stamps are self explanatory.
