Ok It has all the pieces there as far as I can tell, yes those were typos. Sorry. It doesn't say anywhere on it that it is an official Military M38 Arctic Top. It says it was manufactured by pentagon manufacturing Co. It is heavy. Just has broken glass and some rusty spots, other than that it looks to be a complete and functional arctic top.
