Do to circumstances out of our control we regret to report that there was a cancellation at the previous hotel and the we had to scramble for a new location which also forced the weekend before previously planned...

I see no problem with the new location. It may be a better location - maybe easier to find and maybe more visitors. Only thing what about parking?

Got an email from Doc - plenty of parking including 3 lots for flatbed trailer parking

I assume all the orange encircled area is regular hotel parking. Looks a bit short on space. Are the Yellow and/or Green encircled lots available? If they are can any of their space be reserved?

Wesk - The area you have circled in green is parking for the Truman state office bldg. with the brown roof. Those lot's should be pretty empty on weekends.
