WTB - Heater cover plate

I am looking for Part BB in the diagrams below. This plate is identified as “PLATE, cover, dash panel (personnel heater)” - Ordnance Part #8393228. The plate is roughly 4” x 6” and is attached on the right side of the firewall in the engine compartment. Thank you.
