starting to restore have two m38a1's

having some real issues with the rear bumper, seriously need a mechanical drawing, or a blow up exploded view of the complete assembly Seems as if previous owner (s) did some welding and i am trying to reverse that
help :?

PAINT! have two jeeps and one thing in common is that the undersides and engine compartment is black,,, this proper?
