It is an odd top but an early stock CJ Willys top would have the well defined rear seam since the civvy's used the fixed boxy frame and not the folding bars. The CJ also had the shorter front drop over the edge of the windshield and used turn fasteners instead of a slide in strip. However it could be an aftermarket CJ.
