I don't want to get serious with it until I start an M38A1 restoration. I owned an M38A1 for years in the 1980s. I have just about finished my M38 and have a 60 CJ5 to wrap up and a 45 MB to get started on.

Is this book still available? If it is I think it should be my next "parts" purchase.

Currently the stock is down the last 20 books.

I sold the last box to Debella Jeep Parts and then sold the last of my books.

So it is out of print.

I want to do an M38A1 book for the next project. I don't have an M38A1
so I am working on getting access to the parts so I can get photos.

If I get enough demand, I might. I am trying to gather enough info for an addition to the first or a 2nd book. Info flows slowly as we discover it so it may be a few years.

I have enough info for an M38A1/M170 book, just no photos of parts that I can use (nice clear photo with a neutral background (white)) at good angles and in focus.

People send me photos, but usually they are not in focus or there is lots of stuff in the background or shade covering half the part.

The book pops up on Ebay from time to time.
P.S. A really great book; if you can get a copy, you won't regret it. I doff my hat to Ryan and all those who contributed to it. :D
