M38 markings

I am getting ready to put some markings on my Jeep. I would like to use some markings for my uncle that died in the mid 50s . He was a Jeep driver to haul officers around. I have a picture and the only info on it says is Company B 100th Tank Ft. Hood. Any idea how I would put that on my bumper? Plus any idea what my approximate hood # would be? Serial # is 71767 date of 6/52? Thanks guys
