Trying to source these through local auto parts stores. Anyone have a good part number other than the one in the manual?

Hey Cobra,
Need more information. There are several copper crush gaskets used in different places on the jeeps and trucks you own.
My crystal balls are out being washed so I can't see which one you're looking for. Telling us the part number and manual you're looking at would help get better suggestions?

The oil drain plug for the A1. The -20P manual part number is 105456.

Not sure what auto parts stores in your neck of the woods, but many here have copper and fabric washer selections to pick from. Take the drain plug with you. The old-school NAPA stores are especially good with old stock. That part number doesn't cross to anything modern that I can find. Neither do the part numbers in the M38 ORD9. Pretty sure the L and F-134 motors use the same plug and gasket.

I bought a box of 10 NOS on fleabay awhile back for a reasonable price. Can't be much for a throw-away. Here's some ideas.....

RonD2,

I originally searched the forum but nothing came up so I probably used the wrong terminology. Anyway, I clicked on the first link which lead me to another link for aircraft spruce which Wes provided. Long story short I ordered 25 of them.

Thanks for the info!
