M38 with pto driven generator

I have 2 jeeps that have been mixed and matched. I think 1 is a
CJ2A and the other is a M38. I have no body numbers and
only a S.N. plate for a CJ2A.
The M38 has a 24v system and a lot of the right equipment.

My question is about the pto and generator. It's a rear facing pto but doesn't match up with any that I have seen. It's very short only 5in.
Long and has a bolt on flange not a pully. no tags on it.

I have pics but don't know how to add them

I moved this to the Tech board, you might find someone who can help identify your PTO.

To post pictures, you need to request an album in Photo Album Request board.

Hello ________( JTDM38 ),
There are many possibilities but the quickest way to an answer is always with a photo of what you are trying to describe.

Browse a few of my photo albums for possible answers as well. I am the 2nd album.
