Warning about m38a1 on ebay

I wanted to warn everyone on this board if they are bidding on this m38a1. All that is m38a1 on this jeep is the body, my brother and I looked at is a couple of years ago. The reason it has a L-134 is because it is on a cj3a frame, if you look the front grill in the pics is not mounted right, and the body over hangs the frame. The good news it did run well but smoked, of course the gas was old when we looked at it. The body is fairly rust free but has lots of bondo covering dents. I did email the seller when I first found the add but have not heard anything back from them so I thought I would post here to warn potential bidders.
