They can be 15" Jeep CJ narrow rims

I have a pair of 15" rims that came off my M100 you can have.

Are they narrow? 4-6" wide? I'd like to keep the tires under the fenders.

They appear to be 4&1/2 inches wide. The tires, which are junk, are 7.00X15.
