That's looking real good, Ron! Gives me some great inspiration for what my engine should like when I get her back in.
Something caught my eye in your last pic that I hope someone here may have additional info on. That bracket aft of the regulator, is there a MWO or TB on that? My M38A1 doesn't have that bracket/tang and the adjacent structure has twisted/collapsed somewhat. Even if not prescribed by a directive it seems like a good idea I would like to incorporate in mine...

I recall we just had a discussion on that elsewhere. I have not seen any publications that direct it's removal. I think the reason we see so many missing is that when the body rubbers rot away these things are then beaten off by the movement and rusting. The fact that they are bolted top and bottom contributes to thei working loose during this aging process.
