Some Good News for Once

Post by dod03-52 »

Last 4th of July a group of friends and customers of John Bizal of Midwest Military wanted to take some vets in the parade we have in our town. The city was called and we were told " It is not a military parade!" We
were told we could be at the end of the parade. Luckly we took the spot of the Fort Snelling Military Armor group that had been closed up due the goverment took all of there equiptment back-----another story.
I was just told that the city has been named a "Yellow Ribbon City"
and the vets will be "FIRST" in line for the parade. They deserve it.

Veterans last in the parade....doesn't surprise me. Too many "PC" idiots in-charge. I have yet to go to a parade where veterans were first in line.
I'm glad they changed it for you guys. They should be anywhere but last I don't care what kind of parade it is.
