I emailed the seller and asked about the jeep and any mods. The reply was:

Looks like the carb is civvy.
I have loaded the ad photos here:I haven't made any modifications to the engine. The waterproof spark plug wires that came with the Jeep did not work and were replaced with non-waterproof wires. The 24 volt system was changed out to a 12 volt system. The drive-shaft was obviously extended.

Hmmm... With that length and extra weight I wonder how under-powered the engine is. That all has to put some strain on things.

Very true! I guess as a parade roller it would be ok. Not my thing!
