When redoing my tub over a year ago, I must have missed 2 footman loop locations. Can someone get me a measurement of the holes for the footman loop for the top bow tie down? Either the distance from the edge of the fender in or from the inside face of the body out.
Thanks,
Brett

It's very close to the outside fender wall - 9 3/4 in from the inner edge of the fender to the center line of the footman loop.

I was hoping it was out enough to be able to get a drill in there.
Thanks,

Use a long flexible 3/32" bit to make the pilot holes from the top and then drill the 3/16" holes from the bottom. Or borrow a 90 Deg. bit holder and shorty threaded bit.

Is the two top bow straps the same as the windshield strap?
Part
7375395
I have a windshield strap that I can copy if that's the case
In the Ord 9, it says "approx 20 in dev lgth", what might "dev" mean. I'm embarrassed to ask but I don't know.
.
Thanks,
Brett

P.307 of the ORD-9:
7375395 STRAP, assy (top bow stowage (2) and windshield holddown (1))
So yes, they are the same. "Dev length" means developed length; the total length of the webbing strap, including the bit that folds over where it gets stitched to allow it to be secured to the footman loop.

Bringing a topic back from the dead....
My tub is going to paint this weekend - Just wondering if anyone has the measurements for the other stowage wheel well footman loops?

As far as I can tell thats just the exterior measurements im looking for the measurements for the footman loops on the interior top fenderwell. My fender wells are replacements and dont have the holes for the loops.

The 2 loops on the top rail of the body, or the 2 on the top inboard edge of the wheelhouse? I believe they're in line with the loops on the outside of the body. There are posts describing them. I can take measurements if you need them.

The inboard edge of the wheel house... if they are inline with the ones on the body rail, then I just need to know how far from the edge they are. Thanks
