Well, our A1 summer tour has been put on an unexpected hold over the past two weeks. Family visits and "life" have held things up a bit. Still doing lots of touring, just in modern cars w/ hard sides and a/c.

One bright spot, we've added two old chain saws to the equipment we carry in the A1. The blue one is a 1972 Homelite XL 12, the red one is a 1979 Homelite Super XL AO. Bought them at two separate estate sales for $45 each. Both run well and are ready to use. The local welding shop is making me a rack to carry them on. Will post pics when done.

Yes sir! When I do something, I go all the way!

The picture was taken on our son-in-law's farm. What you see in the background is your future cereal, bread, or beer, depending on how and to whom it finally sells.

No potatoes on his farm this year. But, plenty planted on other area farms. So, those famous Idaho potatoes are headed your way this fall!

By the way, 5 Guys Burgers and Fries sells only Idaho potatoes. Many of them are grown in this area. Next time you eat there, check the sign above the cash register and it will tell you the name of the Idaho farm the potatoes being used that day came from.
