I noticed the list of TBs and MWOs in the download section, but is there a way to access individual items to read the particular TB or MWO? Thanks, Kendall

Kendall,

That is another item on the list of things to do!

I am wanting to get with Wes so that we can organize them and put them on the website.

Anyone interested in helping out? Cool

Hal,
You might be able to help. I believe your boot size is a 10, correct? If so then what we need you to do is plant one of them firmly in Wes's but to get him moving on finishing up the scans of the ones he has! Laughing

I'm working on it. The lists for bothe models in the download section are fairly complete but we have available only about 1/2 of them.

The real help we need is for everyone who has one or knows soemone who has one is to have you scan them at about 400 to 600 DPI and email them to me.

The ones I have are:

Wes,

I would love to give you the boot at your request... Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I do have a scanner and am familiar with its use... was a ham radio newsletter editor for 7 years... Confused I did 20-32 pages per month for 800 hams in OK... BTW: I did not write the copy I just edited it and put it on the paper for the printer, he did the rest... Smile

I can scan my copy of the CDN OM9-804; Dated June 1952, reprinted 1960.

What format do you need it in? I have Adobe 6.0 Proffesional (donated to me)... I have not used it but can try to make a PDF out of it...

Let me know...

We can use all the help we can get. If anyone with specialty pubs and the ability to scan would just do that and CD them and send them to Ryan's address it would be a god send. If they also had PDF capability that would be nice. Ryan prefers quality scans in the 600 DPI range and then he does wonders with them before converting them to PDF. Email us first to see if we might already have the scans of the pubs you have.

Scans at least 300 DPI are usually OK. If the page has a lot of pictures that need cleaning up (tears, stains, etc.) 600 DPI can be easier to work with.

Thanks Cool

Wes,
I see your list but does that mean they are done?
I have TB9-2855-2 and -3 heater info. I also have the Southwind 978 personnel heater service manual.
The M38A1 gas heater is still in a box in my garage. I can dig out the instructions for that too.

If these arent done, I will get them to Ryan.
Let me know.
Tom

No. That's a complete list of paper copies I have. They came from several different sources but the largest group of them came from a very helpful guy on the west coast.

I have been slowly working on the early M38 TM 9-804. If you can proceed with the heater tm's that would be a great help.
