Looking great Luis! I see in the first couple of pictures you have two different tailights on it. Which style are you going to use? I guess another question is which style is correct for this model?

Hi Fellows

Thanks Pete and wesk for your comments, info and reply.

I have a doubt.
If I want to use this trailer , I must have current civil Lights in the military light, including turning lights . For that was I thought of making an electric harnes as using the M416 trailer .
I must adapt to the regulations of my country.

Mariano,
If you check out Wes' photo pages and look up turn signals
you'll see where the military used another left side light
on the right side to add the turn signal function. Very easy
to do as far as wiring.

Wow that shrink method really works!

I have to try some on a few spots myself but did not
think of the bed. Thank you!

Luis, You can accomplish that with the lights you have. Just install the gama Goat full red lens on each of them. Then connect the wires per the illustrations in my photo album. The largest top lamp in each light assembly will be your turn signal and stop lamp.

I assume that you already have turn signals on your jeep. Use the same wiring from your jeeps trailer outlet to your M100 trailer harness and modify the M100 trailer harness as you did your jeep.

If you use the military turn signal kit for your jeep then you used a diagram like this:

Early military relay box turn signal system.

These are the stock lights. You can use these or use two left ones.

These are you options

Ok Brian! Thanks!

I did a test with the lathe for turning the pins today.
Use the shaft of a old key.

The results are good !

Today I started assembly some parts and clean nuts and bolts

I found some markings.....

There are many details to correct paint .
It is seen in brakes plates, so we have to repaint .

The idea is to put together everything that goes under the floor and apply a final coat of paint to everything.

Regards
