Is the air/fuel mixture jet replaceable in the YS carb? Can a new adjustment screw and jet be obtained? _________________ Tropical Veteran

Hi Ken the air fuel mixture screw adjusts the mixture at idle. It is one of the new parts that come with the kit from MWM. The jet is just a small hole in the carb body that the tapered end of the screw fits it should be clear and undamaged for proper operation. hope this helps. _________________ Getting Dirty with my 1953 m38a1 or my 1955 m37 |

Thanks Mike, what if the hole is damaged, can It be fixed? I dont' know if it is for sure though. But I imagine I could at least use a new screw. Just seems to me if the screw tapper was distorted then surely the hole must be enlarged. _________________ Tropical Veteran

Wes, What do you want a photo of, the mixture adjustment screw? I don't believe I can fulfill your request on a photo of the hole that it goes in. _________________ Tropical Veteran
