Looks good. Only issue I see is if you mention one model you have to mention all models. M38, M38CDN, M38A1/C/D, M38A1CDN1/2/3, M38A1Nekaf, M170, M606/A1/A3, CJV35/U and M274. You could go with M38 series, M38A1 series, M606 series, CJV35/U and M274.
I think it's easier to just leave it at "Willys Military Jeeps" then on the lower line go with "1950 through 1972". _________________ Wes K

OK Folks; here is the updated Patch design...
I have a tenative Quote from a supplier :
$2.19 (twill background)
$2.39 (fully embroidered)
Add $0.07 per patch if you want iron-on backing.
I am leaning towards the fully embroidered patches without the iron on backng.
Comments...
Last chance... |

Just let us know when to place the order.
I agree on the embroidered patch with no iron on transfer.
Dont know if this is an option but I wouldnt mind a window sticker for my front windshield either.
The only other thing I could think of is instead of putting the dates down at the bottom you could replace it with the website address? _________________ 52 M38 sn 65788

I like the revised look and full embroidered would be good. _________________ David M.

Hal, how is the patch work coming? I would like one. Also a question about Little Rock meeting. Did you ask the Motel where you are going to stay about accommodations for your towing vehicle and trailer?
I'm going to look for a reservation too. I don't know about bring the jeep yet though. Maybe too much hassle.

Sorry, I have not done anything with the patch... Funds restrictions... AND MAJOR computer crash, it literally smoked... I sent it over to a fiend of the son's and am trying to get the data recovered. Trying to fund that replacement hurts (I play FPS game called Battlefield 2142).
Wife said I could purchase a new (USED) truck to tow the Jeep and M100 to the LR Convention... So 2005 Chev Ext Cab was purchased this month...
Ken, Hotel I am staying at says no problem to leave trailer in their lot... They seemed to have plenty of rooms. Check my other post out about the convention. They are a bit away but I got a room for $60 per night... Besides gives me a little chance to see LR... |

Yeah I know about the funds it takes to replace a computer. I had to do that this year too along with my jeep hobby funding.
I have a 2005 GMC ext cab. Has towing capabilities.
I need to install brakes on my trailer though before I go hauling jeep around. I have hauled it about a 1000 miles before on the trailer without brakes, but there were times when I wished that the trailer had brakes. Thats close to a 400 dollar setup and me doing the labor.
I was wondering, did you reserve Hotel room thru an online discount site or call the Hotel directly for the reservation. I looked that Hotel up your staying at and it's a little over 4 miles to convention Center. Which isn't far.

I called the hotel direct... was easier and no money up front... My son booked a flight to Maine thru Travelocity... had to change flights what a nightmare... he now has a voucher from them good fo a year... no refunds!
Should something come up an I have to cancel, I am only out the convention funds...
I will send you a PM... |
