After tearing down my T90 to clean all the gunk out (M38 had been sitting for 8-10 years) I have decided to go ahead and put a small parts kit in it before I reassemble it since its already tore down. Although everything inside looked to be in excellent shape after cleaning; its better to do it now than down the road. Any opinions on who has the best quality kit? I dont want to purchase a kit that maybe the needle bearings for the cluster gear are a bit shorter than they are suppose to be etc. Money is not an issue so any information would be helpful from anyone who has installed a small parts kit in the last several years. Thanks!!

Always ask for US built kits no matter where you shop.

I bought my small parts kit at 4 wheel drive headquarters per Ricks T-90 rebuild guide:
http://www.willystech.com/wt/T90RebuildGuide/T90rebuild.htm
I built my T90 two weeks ago and everything went together very well. The kit was complete.
I also got a T18 small parts kit and it seems to be complete. The bushing for the output shaft is correct with a steel ring and bronze insert per the original. That works out better than all bronze bushings I have seen in other kits because you can actually hone the new bushing to size per the manual.
The T90 was easy to do by cross referencing the manuals and checking the Rick guide. Use plenty of assembly lube.
My only worry is that I had an NOS (Kaiser) synchro and NOS blocking rings and even though I greased it up really well it is stiff. I am hoping that once it runs a bit it will break in and loosen up.
