Hey everyone,
Well I should be back home sometime in March. It has been a long deployment!
Erin and the twins are doing great. The boys are now 9 months old and are crawling/trying to walk around. I got to see them in November when I was on leave and they sure are growing fast.
Afghanistan has been OK. Things are fairly primitive in this theater of operations and much of the time I have not had access to the internet or phones to call home. It will be nice to eat real food and have a clean bathroom that I don't have to walk through the snow to get to.
I look forward to getting home and actually being able to spend time with my wife and the boys. I really have not felt like a dad yet, but I am sure a few diaper changes will fix that.
See you in a month! _________________ Ryan Miller

I'll second that. Based on my own experiences 40 years ago some of those third world countries were tough but the fourth world countries you guys are going to take the cake. _________________ Wes K
