Posting photos from Photo Gallery to Forum

Members can post a message to request a photo gallery or relay a problem with your gallery. Gallerys creation is a manual process so it may take a day or two depending on how busy the administrators are. How to photo posting questions here as well.

Hi,
Once a photo is uploaded to a members photo gallery can it be used as a photo in a forum posting? Is so how? Will it be the photo or just a link to the photo?
