Should I buy it???

Stumbled accross an M38 about 5 miles from my house. Has a plow and is pretty rotted and has an F head engine. Has stuff like shakles. underhood battery box and really straight fenders. Is it worth 300+ bucks?????

I didn't see any data plates to get a serial number. Body is pretty rusty but grill and front fenders are good. Has warn hubs on it. Never dealt with them but can't get them to unlock......
