Found these in my box of old parts. What do we have here?

On the left, Cast iron type oil pump, valve springs & crank bearing caps/bolts and on the right a Cam drive gear and a old water pump minus the pulley.

When unhooking fuel lines from the T, I noticed this little piece laying on the floor. The second pictures shows where I think it goes, but does it look right the way I have it? This is the line that goes up to the fuel primer. Just wanting to make sure so when I put this back together down the road, it is right.
