4th of June 2005, the 5th Annual Heartland Military Day at the Museum of the Kansas National Guard Topeka Kansas @ Forbes Field. All reenactors, military vehicle, gun and uniform collectors are invited to participate it the one day static display! The events will be scheduled for the first weekend of June in commemoration of the 61st anniversary of D Day, June 6, 1944 and the men and women who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. This year also commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Kansas National Guard 1855-2005 .
