Oil on top of Vacuum chamber of fuel pump

I am getting oil on top of my Fuel pump. Its a replacement pump from AJP. It is tight to the block and the gaskets are not ripped. It is hooked into the correct venting lines. I am stumped. I checked for other threads and cannot find anything. As always, any help is appreciated.
