Autolite 2243 plugs

Post by cobra5 »

So I pulled the plugs from my red A-1 to check condition and found these installed instead of 2245's. The plugs were fouled so I cleaned them up. I'm going to install the correct plugs but I'm curious if part of the reason they were fouled is because of the colder heat range.

That is one possibility and is a common issue.
