Brake Question M38 52

I noticed my brakes dont catch till the pedal is fully deployed to the floor. When i pump my brake pedal, it nevers gains resistance. I was thinking maybe it had air in the line but maybe pumping would help it "catch" any suggestions? thanks

Have you bleed them or did this just start. Have you looked at the back side of the brake mounting plate and looked to see if there is brake fluid leaking. Are they properly adjusted?

When was the last time the master cylinder was rebuilt?
