Hi,
I have seen these adapters on Peter de Bella's page and on Midwest to use common spark plugs. Does anyone have any experience or comments, do you recommend it?
Thanks

I asked the same thing. I emailed John Bizal of Midwest Military and he said he manufactured the adapters for himself and the other vendors. He said they had a problem and when they worked out the problem or redesigned them, he would offer them again.
No one has them right now.
So they are on hold for now.
Did get a spark plug cleaner from Harbor Freight and have cleaned up two or three sets and that seemed to work.

Most old time auto shops have spark plug cleaners and will clean plugs for you. Another place to look are small airport shops where they all have spark plug cleaners since piston powered airplanes still use the shielded plugs and harness.
As for civvy plug adapters there were two types on the market the last few years with 4 suppliers.
Classic MV's:

AJP's

Kaiser-Willys

Midwest Military's

And another solution is to modify the ends of the a new civvy spark plug lead using old military lead parts.
