I have a M38A1 hot water heater for sale. It is the heater that is described in this TM ==>
http://willysmjeeps.com/downloads/TB_9- ... heater.pdf
This heater was in my jeep and I recently took it out so I could more easily get at my distributor. I decided not to put it back in because I really don't need it. I never run my A1 during cold weather.
It works fine. No leaks. The two-speed fan works great. $75 + freight
If anyone is interested, I can take photos. The photo below is of the heater still in the jeep.

How about $75 (or best offer) plus shipping
Does not include the diverter box assembly or defroster duct assembly.
My set up simply blew the hot air into the cab.
