There are probably a half dozed different first aid kits that fit the mounting under the M38 glove box that were on the shelf in the military during the years the M38 saw service. Any will qualify as correct for your 52 M38. The most common "Vehicle Type" kit on the market is the 6545-00-922-1200 kit. I would try to stay with the canvas pouch or metal box versions since they are more period correct. The plastic box and nylon pouch type are more 70 ish & newer.
