I have an M38 gas tank removed from my '52 M38. Overall, its pretty good, but needs a new bottom. I had the tank dipped, they tried to repair the bottom, but it is too far gone. No rust on the sides, just the bottom. Screw holes are fine, filler neck is fine. Has one dent on the side that could easily be pushed out. This would be great for someone with more skills than mine. I paid over $450 for a repro that is not quite perfect. I have the shipping box my new tank came in to ship it in. Asking $100 plus shipping from zip 56375. US shipping addresses only!
