M38 Spark Plug Wire Set

Post by RonD2 »

Came across these by accident - out of the way place. I don't have the waterproof distributor so don't use them myself. Thought I'd pass it on anyway. Seems like it might be a good deal from what I can tell........and if you "search" on "M38" more comes up...

Good hunting......

All the wires are the same length-you need to be creative routing to #1. In my book for 40 bucks you cant loose. BTW I know the owner and manager there on a personal level-Good guys with a great staff..

Rick and Dpcd67,
I was looking at these and the ad indicates that the wire portion of them is 15.5 inches.

The ord 9 indicates that #1 wire is 23.75 and the other three are 19.75.

My question, is this the same set you used, i was curious if the 15.5 ones add enough length with the metal connector ends to work.

Just wanted to check before ordering any.

Thanks

I measured 16" to the edge of the 90 deg fitting for 18" useable (connection to connection).

Mine arrived yesterday. Went out to one of the Jeeps. Looks, at first glance, that they are long enough to go from any position on the distributor to any plug, so Im happy.
