M38 grill footman loop for windshield

How is this grill footman loop for the windshield hold down supposed to be attached?

I see a pop rivet filling the holes on mine.

I did a search a few ways but didn’t find specifically what I was looking for.

I think I found it.
Army manuals are way different than my Coast Guard manuals.

Page 324 in Ord 9.

Bolt, machine hexagon No. 10

Screw, machine fl-hd, No. 10 24NC x 1/2"

Washer, lock, No. 10
