I called Mark and he said to send back the piece of junk-
(he used stronger wording) and he'd refund my purchase including
my return shipping. The bearing seals were loose and the washer
had a dubbed corner. He checked his inventory and indicated to me
that they were all junk and he'd not sell them until better quality was
available. Our trusted dealers are at the mercy of suppliers who
buy offshore regardless of poor quality. I believe our dealers listen
to us when we say "that's not good enough"-but where to turn now??
