Now they have "Popeye, but as a badass", off to war on the beaches of Normandy, and Olive Oil on a dock in Hawaii waving goodbye to him!

Ha, yeah, Beau, co-owner of the shop had an actress he wanted me to model Olive Oil off of.

I personally like your version more. Olive Oyle from the 1920s Popeye fit in with the flapper-era look. But face it, in the 1940s the pin-up gals were much more like Rita Hayworth and Marilyn Monroe!
Have you posted a close up of your second painting in your gallery? Is that airbrush technique you're using?
Looks good.

Marion Cotillard is who he wanted it roughly based off of. It's watercolor, 19" by 24". Here's a bigger pic
